Robert C. Byrd High School will be enrolling students on the following dates BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:

·        Wednesday, August 7, 2024

·        Thursday,  August 8, 2024

Please, bring the information listed below along with the student to be enrolled.

Required Documentation at time of enrollment:

  • Completed WVEIS Enrollment form

  • Photo ID of Parent/Guardian who will be enrolling the student

  • 2 Documents Verifying Address (ie: Lease, Utility Bill, Tax receipt, Driver’s License if it has the current address, etc.) - Students must live in the RCB School District or have an approved transfer form.

  • School Records from previous school(s) including IEP or 504 Plan

  • Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records (If transferring from out of State/Country)

  • Any Court Documents Regarding Custody, Protective orders, etc.

  • Approval from Attendance Office (if transferring from out of county/state after 9/3/24)
