On March 30th, Mountaineer Middle School 7th and 8th grade bands performed in the Regional Band Festival at Bridgeport Middle School. While not having long to prepare, the bands returned with some excellent scores. The 8th grade band received Superior (I rating) on the pieces that they played. Our 7th grade band returned with an Excellent (II rating) on their performance. Mr. Cale was very pleased with the effort and focus of the students over the past several weeks.
