Mr. Rogers has been in education since 1993. He is a graduate of Grafton High School, Fairmont State College, West Virginia University, and Salem International University. During his teaching career, Mr. Rogers has taught at all grade levels and has taught special education and WV Studies. He has worked at Adamston and Liberty in Harrison County.
Mr. Rogers started his administrative career at Gore and Washington Irving Middle Schools in 2006. He was named Assistant Principal at Mountaineer Middle School when it opened in 2007. In 2010, he was named Principal of Mountaineer Middle School. In 2013, Mr. Rogers was named WV Middle School Principal of the Year. From 2019 until 2022, Mr. Rogers also was a mentor administrator for the WV School Leaders Network.
Mr. Rogers lives in Clarksburg and has two sons, Andrew and Anthony.
