Use ClassLink App to load your iReady, open your textbook app, and to connect to the Captive Portal (internet access)

Everything else should be accessed through ClassLink on Google Chrome unless otherwise directly instructed by teacher.

Your approved apps are all in your Self-Service app

iPads will need to undergo updates from time to time. Please always check your Settings app for any updates on a regular basis.

No Internet Connection

  • Check that you are connected to a wifi source (School is HCS_ISE, login is your computer login)

  • Close all apps

  • Open ClassLink app and login

  • Click the Captive Portal button and allow it to load and log you in

  • Attempt your internet use again

Teacher Cannot Load Your Work on Schoology

  • Make sure you have the latest version of Google Chrome and are using it! (Most content on Schoology app doesn’t talk correctly to the teacher’s end)

iPad Isn't Responding or Apps Are Crashing

  • Hold down the home button and the power button on the ipad at the same time and keep holding until the iPad turns off AND Apple logo appears on the screen

  • Allow the iPad a minute to reboot

Always keep your iPad in its case, charge it nightly, consider covering it with insurance!
