School Based Health Clinic

Phillip Northey, PA-C, Sherry Taylor, LPN, and Ashley Murphy, LPN provide care at Big Elm Elementary. Lincoln Middle/High, Lumberport Elementary and Salem Elementary Schools.
They are committed to providing high quality care. Visiting a school-based health center is just like visiting a "regular doctor's office". Services provided for students include well child exams, immunizations, sports physicals, chronic condition maintenance (like asthma, allergies, diabetes, obesity, ADD, high blood pressure, etc.), as well as acute care for colds, flu, abrasions and minor laceration from accidents, injuries, etc.
