Students in Miss Stutler’s Honors English 9at Liberty High School celebrated Shakespeare’s 458th birthday amidst their “Romeo and Juliet” unit! They created birthday cards, copied Shakespeare’s signature, played Pin the Party Hat on Shakespeare, and ate cookies donated by Mrs Poole’s ProStart class!

We are bringing together more than 30 agencies and organizations that provide resources and services to those people raising children from birth through high school for their parents. These agencies will provide support and information that will promote successful relationships, positive environments and healthy development of the children involved.

This merit-based scholarship provides eligible students up to $5,000 to cover the cost of tuition and mandatory fees at higher education institutions all across the state. Tomorrow, February 22 our Girls Basketball Team will be playing in the first round of the sectionals and we will play at Liberty beginning at 7 pm. Everyone must pay $6 to attend this game. Neither senior cards, board employees nor student ID's can be used for admittance to the game. Only WVSSAC passes will be accepted.

ATTENTION Strawberry and Sausage Lovers!!!!!
It is that time of year when Liberty FFA sells strawberries and Steve Evans Sausage. Strawberries are $5 for a quart, $13 half flat (4 quarts) and $25 full flat (8 quarts).. The sausage patties come in sandwich and breakfast size. Sandwich patties are a 16 count of either mild or hot patties for $20. Breakfast size patties are a 24 count for $15 or a 12 count for $10. You may make your purchase through School Cash Online. The last day to order will be Tuesday February 15, 2022. If you have questions, please call the school.

Dear families:
You may be receiving some correspondence from School Cash Online (SCO) via email in the near future. SCO makes it easier for you to pay for your student’s school items and fees via the online payment system. Paying school fees online is fast and easy and can be done from any computer, tablet or smartphone.
If you are a primary guardian in the school’s student information system and you have not yet registered in SCO with that email address, you will receive an automated invitation from SCO to create an account. You can always create an account at any time by visiting hcschools.schoolcashonline.com.
If you have already registered in SCO with that primary email address but you haven’t yet linked your student(s) to your account, you will receive an automated email from SCO that invites you to automatically connect your children to your account.
Remember, once you register and add your student, you will receive an email anytime an item is added to your student’s catalog. SCO will also be used as a communication tool; parents will receive notification about upcoming events via email. SCO will also be used to collect information by utilizing fillable forms and allowing the uploading of documents.
