The Clarksburg Mayor’s Youth Council presents its “Adopt-A-Banner” program to honor area veterans who have served our country. Individuals interested in adopting a banner can do so in honor of a family member or friend, alive or deceased, that served in any branch of the military. Banners will be printed and displayed throughout the downtown area beginning mid-June through July 4th and late October through Veteran’s Day. Once the banners are removed, they will be returned to the individual that purchased the banner.
To participate, complete the application below and return it along with your payment to “The City of Clarksburg” no later than May 15, 2022. Payments may be dropped off to the City Clerk’s Office or mailed to:

The cost to adopt a banner is $30.00.
A high-resolution JPEG file of the photo of the Veteran you are honoring must be emailed to awright@cityofclarksburgwv.com and is due upon receipt of the application.
