Unwind and grow at Camp Mindful Warriors! 🌿✨ Open for ages 5-18, this unique camp offers sessions focused on resilience and mental health, led by child and adolescent psychiatry specialists. United Way's STEM Saturdays 2024, starting on March 23rd, offers an engaging educational series for school-aged students passionate about science, technology, engineering, and math. The Bridge Summer Camp

The 2024 Summer Camp offers a variety of programs for youth entering grades K-5, running from June 3rd to August 1st, Monday through Thursday. Options include full-day camps with special outings and guest visitors, morning half-day camps, and afternoon half-day camps. Early bird and regular pricing options are available, with registration closing a week before camp starts. Step Up to the Plate with Harrison County's Pony Baseball League – Spring 2024 Season!

Calling all young baseball enthusiasts in Harrison County! It's time to grab your gloves and bats as the Spring 2024 Pony Baseball League registration is now open for children ages 3-14. Whether you're just starting out or looking to hit home runs, there's a spot for everyone, organized into age-appropriate divisions ensuring a fair and fun experience for all skill levels.

Divisions are as follows:

  • Shetland (T-Ball) for ages 3-5

  • Pinto for ages 6-8

  • Mustang for ages 9 & 10

  • Bronco for ages 11 & 12

  • Pony for ages 13 & 14

Take note of the registration deadlines: March 2nd for Shetland to Bronco divisions, and May 10th for the Pony division. The registration fee is $75 per child, with a $25 discount for siblings.

The Pony Baseball League is excited to provide top-notch facilities, including a five-field complex with outdoor batting cages and a modern indoor facility. This is your chance to learn the game, improve your skills, and make new friends.

"Girls On The Run"


Introducing the "Girls on the Run" program – a unique and engaging opportunity for girls in 3rd to 5th grade! This program is not just about running; it's a comprehensive 10-week journey that combines interactive lessons, movement activities, and loads of fun. Designed to enhance physical, emotional, and social skills, Girls on the Run fosters an environment where every participant learns to celebrate her unique self, develops important friendships, and grows in confidence.

Key highlights of the program include a significant 40% increase in physical activity for less active participants, and an impressive 97% of girls reporting learning valuable life skills like managing emotions and conflict resolution. The journey culminates in a celebratory 5K event on May 18, 2024, marking a proud moment of achievement for all participants.

Registration opens with a lottery from January 25 to February 1, 2024, followed by open registration until March 14, 2024, or until teams are filled. With the program starting on February 28, 2024, and a reasonable program fee of $150 (scholarships available), it's an accessible opportunity for all.
