What is a School-Parent Compact?
A School-Parent Compact is an agreement that parents, students, and teachers develop together. It explains how parents and teachers will work together to make sure all our students reach their goals:
Parents
Attend Title I annual meetings and participate in the development of the compact and their students’ goals for the year.
Teachers
Focus on student learning based on goals set by the school and goals set with their parents as well as communicate student progress with parents.
Jointly Developed
The parents, students, and staff of Nutter Fort Intermediate have developed this School-Parent Compact as a collaborative effort to improve student achievement. Teachers suggested home learning strategies and aligned student and school goals to meet student needs. An Annual Title I meeting was held to review the Compact and make changes based on student needs and school goals.
Parents can contribute comments at any time to any Title I staff via email on our website: https://www.harcoboe.net/o/nfi
